At time of booking a 100% is due and non-refundable. This is not considered a reservation until contract is signed & returned. Call or email us to make sure your contract was received. You must be 18 years of age to enter into this contract. Changes made after contract are not guaranteed.  No changes within 72 hours. No smoking, illegal drugs, or disorderly conduct allowed. One Stop or Affiliate may cancel this contract based on disorderly conduct and full amount is due. Do not open windows in Party Bus. No underage drinking or food . Do not pull on curtains, open windows or emergency hatch, no ejection of items from vehicle. Damages or missing items, but not limited to,” per incident”, are as follows:  vomit: $250, puncture or tear: $350, broken glasses: $50(set), excessive cleanup $250, Audio/CD/karaoke $500-$1500, bar towel, bar tools, IPod cable, movies, remotes $25, Port Canaveral: 1 hr. allowed & charges  apply after that, at normal hourly rates for your vehicle type. Rates are within City limits only. No Feather Boas! Not responsible for items left in vehicle. There is a $500 fine for decoration of car or $250 for throwing rice, etc .on/at car. There is an additional charge of $75, for items left requiring a return. Company will return items at it’s convenience within 30-days locally only. We reserve right to upgrade vehicle at no cost to client. The card supplied will be charged should any of the above occur &/or additional services ordered.. Not responsible for: traffic, flight delays, and/or road closures or similar events. All photos taken by OOS. solely belong to OOS & are agreed for release to us for advertising purposes. In the event of an act of God or similar event a travel credit for 3 months will be issued. Should an unavoidable event occur, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value or adjust price accordingly. All mechanical equipment is subject to failure at any given time & shall not affect pricing. Theft of service actions are bound to Orange County, Florida court system & all fees pursuant to obtaining relief are the responsibility of the cardholder.  We CHERISH all of our drivers; please see that your photographers/wedding planners & guests treat them with respect and kindness.
